![]() ![]() Once seated our friendly waiter took good care of us. Unbeknownst to us, Tuesday is "wine night" - customers pay half price for a bottle of wine up to $55.00 - a great deal and perhaps the reason why the restaurant was so busy. We then had to wait another 1/2 hour for a table to free up. We got lost getting there and were about 20 minutes late. I have recommended it to several people to give a go. So based on advertising and name alone I would never set foot in this place - but at the nudge of my wife i went - surprisingly cozy inside and a nice atmosphere. ![]() We got dessert also which was sufficient. We did not order or were offered any sides. This was recommended by both the waitress and bartender but to me it tasted like anything you could have anywhere even home - nothing special. For dinner we split the Filet of Beef Stroganoff small size and it was just enough food, nothing left over, like an episode of survivor reunion. We split the Wedge Salad and it was just enough actually - the waitress was shocked we were splitting but we had already had 2 apps. Once seated we ordered the Yellow Fin Tuna Carpaccio, and that came out almost as quick as the waitress walked away, that was a little unsettling. We have an app of Duck Confit and it was delicious and the ticket time was just right. Michael at the bar is very entertaining and a very good bartender. We showed up on Saturday night at 8 and waited about 30 minutes not too bad. ![]()
